- 1 cup coffee
- 1 banana, frozen
- ΒΌ c. coconut milk solid (refrigerate a can of coconut milk and pour off the liquid)
- 1 tbsp. scoop cocoa-flavored super greens powder
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
