Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 c. plain yogurt or coconut yogurt about one big spoon scoop
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • 1 tsp. natural high-fat cocoa powder I like The Spice House
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Blend together and serve. I also like to add a dusting of cocoa powder to the top of the smoothie.
