Bunny Bait Snack Mix

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. M&Ms seasonal colors are fun
  • 1 8 oz. Mini pretzels
  • 1 c. Mini marshmallows
  • 2 T, rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 ½ c. popcorn (popped)
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Instructions

  • Prep cookie sheets with parchment or waxed paper.
  • Line up popcorn, marshmallows, M&Ms, and sprinkles on countertop.
  • Start by filling cookie sheets with one single layer of mini pretzels.
  • Melt chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe container in microwave about 2 minutes and stir with a spatula to remove any lumps. (Microwave times may vary)
  • Pour melted chocolate into a gallon zip bag or pastry bag. If using a gallon bag, snip off a little corner. I also like to cut of the zipper top, but it's up to you.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over pretzels. The more chocolate, the more surface area for toppings to stick.
  • Press popcorn, M&Ms, marshmallows, and sprinkles on pretzels.
  • Let trays sit about two hours before breaking into pieces. You want the chocolate to harden.
  • Break apart clusters and serve as a snack, or store in an airtight container.
