Easy, Homemade Mango Sorbet

mango sorbet served in a demitasse

Making mango sorbet sounds exotic, but it’s actually very simple.

Use Frozen Fruit

I developed this recipe because the frozen mango chunks I bought on sale at the market weren’t very sweet, and I was disappointed.

After making a quick simple syrup (recipe below), I just used my mini blender and the syrup to make a delicious sorbet.

Experiment with various frozen fruits. You’ll be amazed at how easy and delicious your sorbet really is.
