Pomegranate champagne cocktail, anyone?
My niece served these scrumptious cocktails to us on Thanksgiving day.
I don’t know about you, but we had way too much food. These fizzy drinks provided a sweet, refreshing taste to counterbalance all of the heavy carbs and fats.
Christine added pomegranate arils and a rosemary sprig to each glass as a garnish, and they looked elegant and “crafty.”
(See our Sunny Bourbon Sidecar and Cucumber-lime Craft Cocktail recipes to round out your craft cocktail offerings.)
You could also float cranberries in the glass, though you probably wouldn’t want to actually eat them.
For a nonalcoholic version, use sparkling grape juice.
