Christine’s Fizzy Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails

pomegranate champagne cocktails with floating cranberries

Pomegranate champagne cocktail, anyone?

My niece served these scrumptious cocktails to us on Thanksgiving day.

I don’t know about you, but we had way too much food. These fizzy drinks provided a sweet, refreshing taste to counterbalance all of the heavy carbs and fats.

Christine added pomegranate arils and a rosemary sprig to each glass as a garnish, and they looked elegant and “crafty.”

(See our Sunny Bourbon Sidecar and Cucumber-lime Craft Cocktail recipes to round out your craft cocktail offerings.)

You could also float cranberries in the glass, though you probably wouldn’t want to actually eat them.

For a nonalcoholic version, use sparkling grape juice.

Try Christine’s Fizzy Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails for an easy, refreshing drink at your next holiday or New Year’s party.

Easy to make, plus these drinks are light and refreshing. You can use cherry pomegranate juice for a bit more sweetness.
