Thankfulness comes up during the holidays. It’s that time when we think about everything that we have, and how much! Thinking, too, of those who made us what we are.
When I saw this teapot in a gift shop, I recognized the pattern. Sure enough, the tag said, “Made in Poland.”
My great-great grandparents were from Poland and immigrated here in the 1800s. I don’t know much about them (except that we seem to be stoic on both sides of the family. Which is probably why we don’t know much about them!)
