Did you know that you can bake bacon? (turkey bacon, too!)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil, being careful not to tear or puncture it.

Place strips on foil so that they lie flat and do not overlap. Bake for 15-20 min. No need to flip over. Place bacon strips on paper towel to drain.
