Equipment

  • 3+ bendable branches river birch branches work well
  • floral wire
  • floral tape brown
  • wood rounds
  • hot glue gun
  • wire cutters
  • ribbon
  • drill and bit optional*

Instructions

  • Collect branches and trim to desired size, cutting each branch down to a "V" branch.
Three branches are clipped at the Y part of each branch.
  • Join the branches with floral wire at the "V". Wrap securely, then cover the wire with floral tape to hide the wire.
Brown floral taped is to be wrapped over the floral wire to cover it.
  • Create an egg shape by tying the branches together with a pretty ribbon.
  • Glue the base of the "V" to the wooden round.
  • * I drilled a small hole halfway through my wooden round to steady the "V" while the glue hardened.
A small hole is drilled into the wood base to provide stability for the branches.

Here is where I share the beauty I find in everyday life; and the humor, too!
